Scrum is a framework for managing software development. Scrum is designed for teams of three to nine developers who break their work into one-week to maximum four-week cycles, called "sprints", check progress daily in 15-minute stand-up meetings, and deliver workable software at the end of every sprint.

2. Sprint planning: dividing PBIs to Backlog, In Progress, Review, Done, based on Sprint Poker
3. Product spec was defined and communicated to copywriters for content to be created
4. Running the sprint: Running the PBIs based on roles defined and priorities.
5. Move PBIs accordingly to In Progress, Review, Done
6. QA tested on product (website) that has been developed
7. Sprint review and retrospective are done after product launch, to discuss room for improvement With scrum methodology, site can be developed efficiently, with everybody being able to contribute effectively (quick iteration) and also it achieves eventual product-market fit.
